WHAT TO EXPECT
If you thought getting a fresh set of brand photos was going to be too much work, we’re here to make it easy for you with four clear steps:
CHAT
First, we’ll schedule an initial chat either virtually or in-person so we can get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit to work together. We’ll chat about your goals and how the brand photos will contribute to the success of those goals. You can book a chat HERE.
COLLAB
Next, we’ll stay in touch by email and confirm the details of the deliverables you need, the photoshoot location, date, and time. We’ll collaborate on our ideas and creative visions for the brand-focused images that will speak to your ideal client.
SHOOT
Finally, it is photoshoot day! If you have preparations to do for the day of the shoot (ex: food preparation, hair and makeup etc.) we will plan for the shoot to begin after those initial preparations are complete. There will be time to set up different looks and scenarios depending on what package you need and we’ll be there to guide you along the way. We’ll have our agreed on shot list in hand and the fun begins!
DELIVERY
Your selected high-resolution images will be fully edited and delivered to you via an online portfolio gallery for direct download. You can then start using the images everywhere! Please allow up to two weeks for post-processing and delivery of the final gallery.

For sure! We can do headshots, products & services, content images, as well as images of your actual business location. Our photography “studio” is totally mobile and flexible. If we’re not familiar with the location and depending on your needs, we might just request to check it out before the shoot date but other than that, we are good to shoot at your business.

We completely understand but you will be pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the process is. After photography many headshots over the years with a lot of people who weren’t confident about being in front of the camera, we will guide you in posing and help with your comfort and confidence. We’ll also show you the camera and images captured as we go along so you can visualize how your movements and expressions come through the image. This visual usually gets people excited to keep shooting!

Your choice of clothing will definitely depend on the type of images you need but your look should represent your message and vibe that you want your audience to instantly interpret. We recommend no loud patterns or too bold of colours (unless that’s part of your branding) and to wear pieces you are comfortable in. We also suggest clothing that isn’t too loose. Images will be more flattering with well-fitting outfits (but that doesn’t mean the smallest skinny jeans ;) ). If applicable, we recommend that you consider your branding colours in your outfit choice as well as in the props or setup.

100%! We strongly recommend professional images for your website and for your ongoing content. If you have a website already please provide the domain name so we can review the setup and composition that we will need for particular sections of your site. If your website is in progress we’d love to see an outline of it. If you haven’t yet designed your website we should discuss this further so that we generate useful content for you (and we can help with getting your website designed if you need direction).

The weather can be unpredictable but there’s always a way! We can either reschedule if we know the bad weather is passing quickly or we will have an alternate location already determined.

You sure will! You will have full commercial license for use of the images but I do retain the original copyright so you can not claim that you took them or sell them as your own.
